A note on ingredient quality: If possible, choose ingredients that are organic and non-GMO. Stores such as Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, and other health food stores can help finding higher-quality ingredients. If access to higher quality ingredients isn't an option for you, choose the best option that is available to you locally.
Directions
If using Simple Mills Almond Flour Baking Mix Pizza Dough Mix, preheat oven to 350º and cook crust according to the box directions. If you are using another crust, be sure to cook according to instructions.
Once the crust is ready, spread a layer of sauce over the crust.
Top with cheese and vegetables.
Sprinkle more cheese over the top. You can also season the pizza with seasonings of choice like oregano or rosemary
Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbling. You can broil for 1-2 minutes at the end to get the cheese extra bubbly and lightly browned - just be sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
Let it cool down for a few minutes and enjoy
