Mango Coconut Popsicles
These healthy mango coconut popsicles only take a few minutes to prep and the freezer does the rest! You only need two ingredients for a creamy and refreshing popsicle. Mangos have an excellent source of vitamin A, Vitamin C and Vitamin K. Coconut milk contains antioxidants, electrolyte balance and anti-inflammatory properties. These popsicles are a great treat to help kids stay hydrated for the summer.
Ingredients
2 cups Frozen Mango
1 cup Organic Full Fat Coconut Milk
Note: you can also use almond milk or cashew milk instead

Materials
Food processor or a high-powered blender like a Vitamix

Directions
Blend mango and coconut milk in a food processor or blender until smooth.
Scoop the mango mixture into popsicle molds
Insert popsicle sticks in the middle. Place in the freezer for 4 hours or until completely frozen.
