Papaya Sorbet
It finally feels like summer and papaya sorbet is on the menu! This papaya sorbet is sweet, cool, refreshing and packed with flavor! With only 5 ingredients, it's super easy to make, and kids can get involved too! The flavors of papaya and pineapple are perfect together and offer up a variety of vitamins and minerals including vitamin C, vitamin A, antioxidants, and natural digestive enzymes. This is the perfect summer treat that everyone will love!
Ingredients
3 cups of frozen papaya
1 cup of frozen pineapple
2-3 tbsp of honey
2 tbsp of lemon juice
½ cup of water

Directions
In a blender combine the papaya, pineapple, honey, lemon juice and water. Blend until completely smooth.
Scoop into a bowl and you can enjoy it immediately or freeze for later! If consuming from frozen, let sit a few minutes to soften.
