Air Fryer Corn Ribs

Ingredients

  • 4 ears Corn On The Cob (husk removed)

  • 2 tbsps Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 2 tbsps Raw Honey

  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika

  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder

  • Sea Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)

Directions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (195°C).

  2. Meanwhile, carefully chop the corn cobs in half. Slice each in half lengthwise, turn, and cut in half lengthwise again to yield four ribs from each half. Add to a large bowl.

  3. In a small bowl, combine the oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and spices. Whisk with a fork until well combined. Pour over the corn pieces and mix until well-coated.

  4. Transfer to the air fryer basket and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, tossing halfway through. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to five days. Reheat in the air fryer or oven.

  • Serving Size: One serving is equal to four corn ribs.

  • Serve it With: Garlic aioli or sour cream.
