Tropical Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Oat Milk (unsweetened, plain)

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1 cup Frozen Cauliflower

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple (chopped)

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Mango (divided)

  • 1 Kiwi (peeled, sliced)

  • 1 tbsp Unsweetened Shredded Coconut

Directions

  1. Place the oat milk, banana, cauliflower, pineapple, and half the mango into a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Transfer to a bowl and top with the remaining mango, kiwi, and shredded coconut. Enjoy!


Notes

  • Leftovers

    • Refrigerate in an airtight container for up to two days.

  • Serving Size

    • One serving equals approximately two cups.

  • More Flavor

    • Add cinnamon.

  • Additional Toppings

    • Add hemp seeds, chia seeds, ground flax, protein powder, kale, or spinach.
