Pepperoni Pizza Wrap

Ingredients

  • 4 ozs Pepperoni (sliced)

  • 2 Whole Wheat Tortilla (large)

  • 1/4 Tomato (medium, chopped)

  • 1/4 Sweet Onion (medium, sliced)

  • 1/4 cup Mushrooms (sliced)

  • 2 tbsps Green Olives (sliced)

  • 1/4 Green Bell Pepper (medium, sliced)

  • 2 ozs Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)

Directions

  1. Place the pepperoni off center on each tortilla. Add the remaining ingredients. Fold the sides and bottom over filling and roll up tightly. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Best enjoyed fresh. Ingredients can be refrigerated separately in airtight containers for up to four days.

  • Serving Size: One serving is equal to one wrap.

  • More Flavor: Air fry or toast the wrap in a panini press.

  • Additional Toppings: Add chopped tomato, pizza sauce, tomato sauce, or ranch dressing.

  • Gluten-Free: Use a gluten-free tortilla.

  • Dairy-Free: Use plant-based cheese.
