Ingredients

  • 1 cup Frozen Mango

  • 1 cup Frozen Cherries

  • 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 2 tbsps Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)

  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

  • 1/8 tsp Sea Salt

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until a creamy consistency is reached. Occasionally scrape down the sides and continue to blend if needed.

  2. Divide into bowls right away for a soft serve style frozen yogurt or freeze for 20 to 30 minutes for a slightly firmer frozen yogurt. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Freeze in an airtight container for up to one week.

  • Serving Size: One serving is equal to approximately 2/3 cup.

  • No Coconut Milk: Use cow's milk or any other alternative milk.

  • Additional Toppings: Top with crushed nuts, seeds, shredded coconut.

  • Make it Vegan: Use a plant-based yogurt alternative.
