Mango Cherry Frozen Yogurt
Ingredients
1 cup Frozen Mango
1 cup Frozen Cherries
1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
2 tbsps Plain Coconut Milk (from the carton)
1 tsp Maple Syrup
1/8 tsp Sea Salt
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or high-speed blender and blend until a creamy consistency is reached. Occasionally scrape down the sides and continue to blend if needed.
Divide into bowls right away for a soft serve style frozen yogurt or freeze for 20 to 30 minutes for a slightly firmer frozen yogurt. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Freeze in an airtight container for up to one week.
Serving Size: One serving is equal to approximately 2/3 cup.
No Coconut Milk: Use cow's milk or any other alternative milk.
Additional Toppings: Top with crushed nuts, seeds, shredded coconut.
Make it Vegan: Use a plant-based yogurt alternative.
