Kiwi Yogurt Parfait is a great source of protein, fat, fiber. Combining these nutrients help keep your child full and nourished until the next meal/snack. This recipe is a good source of calcium and iron.

Due to the high fiber content in this recipe, this is a great breakfast for kids struggling with constipation.

This parfait is easy to make, vegan friendly and gluten-free if your child is following those diet recommendations. You can add a variety of nuts, seeds, and honey according to your child’s sensory preferences and nutritional needs.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Granola

  • 1 Kiwi (peeled, diced)

Directions

  1. Layer the yogurt, granola, and kiwi in a jar. Enjoy!
