Homemade French Fries
These homemade french fries go great with the Grain-Free Chicken Nuggets and Strips! This recipe will have your child begging for more, and are a great replacement for their favorite convenience food! This recipe features russet potatoes, which are highly multifaceted and contain potassium (more than a banana!!), vitamin C, and vitamin B6. Vitamin C aids in collagen production—a major component of muscle tissue— and supports iron absorption.
The great thing about this recipe is that it is highly customizable! You can add a variety of spices and herbs to taste according to your child’s sensory preferences and nutritional needs. Want them extra crispy? Try adding them to the air fryer!
