Banana Chips
Banana Chips are a delicious crunchy sweet snack and easy to make. Bananas are a good source of several vitamins and minerals, especially potassium, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin C. They are also rich in nutrients and full of antioxidants.
Cinnamon has a warm sweet flavor and with many health benefits. It is is anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antimicrobial, and is an antioxidant. Coconut oil adds nutritional benefits and a slight sweetness to the banana chips. These sweet chips are bound to be a favorite snack!
Ingredients
4 bananas (medium)
2 tbsps coconut oil (melted)
1 tsp cinnamon

A note on ingredient quality: If possible, choose ingredients that are organic and non-GMO. Stores such as Sprouts, Natural Grocers, Whole Foods, and other health food stores can help finding higher-quality ingredients. If access to higher quality ingredients isn't an option for you, choose the best option that is available to you locally.
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Peel the banana then slice as thinly as possible with a knife. Do your best to keep the thickness consistent.
Gently toss the slices in coconut oil and cinnamon. Arrange in an even layer on the baking sheet then bake for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping at the halfway point. ( Note: chips are done when they start to brown around the edges.)
Remove from the oven and let them cool on a baking rack lined with a paper towel to soak up any excess oil. Enjoy!
Notes: Store in an airtight container at room temperature and last 1-2 days. If they get soggy, you can make them crispy again by placing them in the oven at 350 degrees F for 5-10 minutes.
