Apple and Cranberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 Apple (small, sweet, chopped)
1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Frozen Cranberries
1/4 cup Water
2 tsps Ground Flax Seed
2 tsps Raw Honey (optional)
Directions
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers: Best enjoyed immediately.
Serving Size: One serving is approximately two cups.
More Fiber: Add a handful of baby spinach or kale.
More Protein: Add a scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder and adjust the water quantity for preferred consistency.
