Apple and Cranberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple (small, sweet, chopped)

  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Cranberries

  • 1/4 cup Water

  • 2 tsps Ground Flax Seed

  • 2 tsps Raw Honey (optional)

Directions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Leftovers: Best enjoyed immediately.

  • Serving Size: One serving is approximately two cups.

  • More Fiber: Add a handful of baby spinach or kale.

  • More Protein: Add a scoop of vanilla or unflavored protein powder and adjust the water quantity for preferred consistency.
